Breakfast was not upto mark, only energy bars, muffins for Breakfast. Hot water temperature was very high for me due to which I wasn't able to bath with Hot water at all room light was very Dim. Room cleanliness was once after 2 weeks of completion of stay. This was not expected. Atleast once in a week the room should have got cleaned. Also for laundry service charges I didn't receive any Invoice Receipt niether it was added to Hotel Invoice
I definitely would not recommend this hotel ever not even to my worst enemy. I can not find the slightest positive comment to add. Maybe just the AC did work. The furniture and general space in the room were damaged and unkept and definitely super dirty.
Location was close by the places I needed to visit. Check in was fast. Front desk attendant is available almost anytime. Full sized refrigerator and microwave available
The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.
It was better then sleeping in the airport.
